Jeremy plays the exiled son of The Bey of a
north African state that is verging on anarchy. The regular cast
members go to Rome to get him and bring him (reluctantly) back to
his country to restore stability. Assassination attempts ensue!
"Bey" is originally a Turkish word for "chieftain," traditionally applied to the leaders of tribes, regions or provinces. Its usage is very much like "Duke" in Europe.
