Finley treats Ace like a child and is relieved when Finley proposes to a woman from another story line and quits his valet job. -- The Brettish Empire Ace was Ashley "Ace" Covington Evans, the ship's photographer. He was played by actor Ted McGinley, who joined the Love Boat crew in 1984 and continued to the end of the series in 1986. |
